2. Services Offered

eStaffing Solutions connects employers with qualified candidates for both work-from-home and international job placements. We act as an intermediary between job seekers and employers, providing recruitment services that meet the specific needs of both parties.

3. Application Fees for Work-From-Home Placements

To process your application for work-from-home opportunities, job seekers may be required to pay a non-refundable application fee. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with reviewing your resume, verifying your qualifications, and matching you with potential employers.

Fee Amount: $50 (or the amount specified during application submission).

Refund Policy: The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Processing Fees for International Placements

For candidates applying for international placements, an additional processing fee will be charged to cover the administrative costs involved in coordinating international placements, including visa assistance, relocation support, and cross-border legal compliance.

Processing Fee Amount: $300 (or the amount specified in individual placement agreements).

Refund Policy: The processing fee is non-refundable once the placement process has commenced. If the candidate withdraws after an offer is extended, the fee is still applicable.

5. Client Responsibilities

Employers (clients) using our services are responsible for:

Providing accurate job descriptions and requirements.

Ensuring fair compensation for the positions.

6. Job Seeker Responsibilities

Job seekers are responsible for:

Providing accurate and up-to-date information.

Paying any application or processing fees as outlined in the application process.

Complying with the requirements of the job offer and adhering to relevant legal requirements for international placements.

7. Payment Terms

All payments for application and processing fees are due at the time of submission or as specified in individual agreements. Payment can be made through credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods. By making a payment, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have the authority to use the payment method.

8. Termination and Cancellation

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. However, application and processing fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed and services have begun.

9. Limitation of Liability

eStaffing Solutions is not responsible for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, reputational harm, or other incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client or job seeker for the specific service rendered.

10. Amendments

eStaffing Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which eStaffing Solutions operates.
